Root Touch-Up
Service Description
Single color applied to the roots, ideal for gray coverage or maintaining your base shade. Does not include color pulled through to the ends. All color services include a post-color scalp-restoring mask, a relaxing scalp massage, a hot towel with acupressure, and a blow dry.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations: All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation to allow the appointment time to be filled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $25 for each service cancelled. No Shows/Late Arrivals: No Shows will result in a fee totaling 50% of the service value, which must be paid prior to the appointment being rescheduled. Guests who are 5-10 minutes late may have to receive an abbreviated service so that I can stay on track and not compromise the next guest's experience or inconvenience those who are depending on me after work. If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will be required to reschedule and it will be counted as a Late Cancellation and the same fee will be applied.
